Omaha Street of Dreams 2013 Tour – House #4

This house’s layout was interesting… Gotta admit they TOTALLY had me fall in love with a few elements.

You had me at hello?

More like, you had me at giant oversized sliding barn door for the home office door right at the entrance.  <3

Super intrigued with this upstairs “living room” type area…

Street of Dreams Tour - House #4 It was 3 steps higher than the rest of the upstairs area.   (This is looking down from the living area)

Omaha Street of Dreams 2013 Tour – House #3

Sooo…. For my bestie’s birthday, we celebrated by going to the Street of Dreams Tour.

“Tour upscale custom dream homes at their finest! Gather cutting edge design ideas, be inspired by the latest trends and dream big with us.”

Basically you go tour homes that have sold for 700,000.00 and up.  These houses are stuuuuunning.

Anyhoo!  The party included birthday girl, Grace…

Anna…

Handsome Man…

Little Miss Emma…

And of course, Yours Truly.

Of course I didn’t think about taking pics of the houses until #3 out of 7.

So. Typical.

I decided that I loved the interior of #3 the best because of the AWESOME potential for entertaining in the basement…

And the exterior of #5 was ahhhhhhhh-mazing!

Anyhoo….  Here are some snapshots into House #3!

Beautiful wrap-around porch!  Lovely!

Street of Dreams Tour - House #3

This was in the “nursery”….  This would be an awesome piece to re-create. Write a “letter to baby” and write it out on wall art in your own handwriting. How sweet would that be??

Street of Dreams Tour - House #3

The chandelier was so very BESTILLMYHEART.  Seriously?? I LURVED!  It had like 3 tiny crystal chandys with the whimsy leafy metal leaves. So very nursery-esque!

Street of Dreams Tour - House #3

It had a comfy rocker and a STRIPED POUF.  I know, right?!?!?!  I drooled.

Street of Dreams Tour - House #3

Because every baby needs a complete bathroom off their nursery! 😉 lol!

I assume that will be handy as baby gets older.

(Most of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms)

Street of Dreams Tour - House #3

Continuing on….  This was kind of a formal sitting room…

Street of Dreams Tour - House #3

Loved this awesomely crusty old bin thing turned coffee table.

The accessories in this house were fantastic.  This table, rug and driftwood orb in the top right corner of this pic are just a small snapshot of the new owners taste.  Love.

Who’s with me on the admiration of their old bottle-dryer turned cup holder??!

Street of Dreams Tour - House #3

Street of Dreams Tour - House #3

I think every single house had some version of a built-in mud room.  Loved that!!!

Street of Dreams Tour - House #3

Like I said… The basement was sheer guest-entertaining fantastic-ness!

The bar was gorgeous!!!  The backsplash tile was exceptionally pretty!
